It's visible from Muppet Courtyard. They're on the outside of Pizza Planet climbing down the side of the building toward the outside dining awning.

Sunset Blvd...Between the Planet Hollywood shop and that other one...Either that or in R'n'R Coaster's courtyard. Those are my two guesses. Usually used the cast restrooms there. I know it's not in a restaurant.

Actually...I changed my vote. I think it's the restrooms to the right as you walk through the main gate (Back kind of behind Oscar's.)
