The milk house is the indoor arena located at disney wide world of sports. I went to see the bucs practice sunday and they were having a basketball tournament there. I have also seen indoor soccer and cheerleading competions.

It's nearly impossible to get any information from that photo of the location. Anyway, I'm going to guess EPCOT, but I don't know wo is signing the autographs.

Considering you've blacked out things that would presumably give away the answer, I'll say somewhere in the Studios, she looks a little like Mary Lou Retton. These are getting a bit too obscure don't you think.

Yes, you are correct that is Carrie Fisher for the Star Wars weekend at MGM. It is pretty close to the commisarry.

It is right before you walk down main street. This shop used to be located half way down main street to the left but had to be moved when they put the new shop in.
