Another Great Spot ...But Where?

The pin is on the Party 'O Saurus dino sculpture (the one with the sunglasses) outside of Hester and Chesters Gifts. The sculpture is made up of light plaster with lots of items embedded in his "hide" as scales. If you look on his neck on the right side of him its on one of his spikes.
