Another EMH Question...

I want to go to AK on the morning EMH, opens at 8AM... when would you plan on being up that morning? I know your suppose to get there like 45 mins or so in advance and I want to have a inroom breakfast, probably have cereal or something simple... would you plan on being up at like 5:30AM to have time to get to the bus? Im not aware of how any of this works as for when the bus gets to our resort and how long it takes to finally get there.

EDIT: I have 2 teen girls and my wife = 3 females needing to get themselves all pretty, lol

If you get up around 6 even with all the girls(LOL) you should be fine. If you catch the bus by 7:30 you will get there in time.

Buses to the parks start running about an hour before the parks open. So if the park is to open with EMH at 8am, then buses will start running about 7am.

If you want to get to AK before the EMH starts, you should try and get to the bus stop around 7 - 7:15. Since it is a EMH morning, the bus stop may be crowded and you may have to wait for another bus to come along. It usually only takes about 15-20 between buses. Travel time to AK from your resort depends on which resort you're staying at.

L.O.L, with 3 girls getting ready you may have to get up at 5:30!!:lol: Hopefully you're staying at a resort that has more than one bathroom sink....

No you can get there right when the gates open, depending on what time of year you are going the buses can take 15-45 mins to get to the AK. I usually split the difference and allow 30min for the bus ride. If you want to be cautious I would be at the bus stop by 7:00am.

pixiedust has the right idea. If you want to enjoy the early entry you will most def. need to be at AK before the regular park opening. SO if reg. park opening on 'day 1' is 8am, early entry EMH will be 7am. So you would want to be at the gates then. So yeah, 530am doesn't seem to off line. good luck with that.
