Double check me but I BELIEVE you can do this all at Disney Springs new Welcome Center in the Town Square area. The building is large, has couches and tables for guests waiting to be served (no lines, they find you) and enough to keep a young kid from squirming around. I know you can buy passes, convert multi day to annual passes there so likely activate.[MEDIA=youtube]OAADESSDiqM[/MEDIA]We also had one night not on the dining plan but it was on the fall break discount. We were assigned a different room for both reservations. At check-in the Cast Member made a call and arranged for us to stay in same room the entire stay. So I think it is automatic but often easy for a CM to make it happen. I'd ask at check-in
