Annual Passholder Lounges?

Can someone list the location of these lounges? I was about 12 when they closed and never knew of them.

Where were the lounges located in each park? Were they really crowded at most times?

To get to the one at the Land you had to go to the elevator by the Garden Grill and do something like push the 2nd and 3rd floor buttons at the same time. It is basically the same footprint as the Grill and had a few different rooms with one being for kids to play. There was a drink fountain with sodas, coffee amd a few other snacks. It was never packed when I was there but it seemd that there was always some people there.

Now THAT is cool. Kinda like a secret club thing, with having to know certain button combinations to get in. That alone makes me want it back. LOL
