Annual Passholder discount

hey all I just got off the phone with Disney and have booked a 3 night stay at Pop Century for $248.00 which is about a 36% savings off the rack rate. The code to ask for is CUF and I am sure that a similar discount is available at all of the resorts, but I would hurry as the last time I used a AP discount code there werent a lot of rooms in all of the resorts that were being offered at that price!! Two of my friends had problems in December trying to get a room with an AP discount anywhere on property!! I believe that the dates that this code covers are from 2/12/04-4/17/04. Good luck!! Congrats belle I changed my ressie too I was going to stay 5 days because thats all I could get with the last ap rate ( had to check in on the 11th ) but really wanted only feb 13-16th I called this morning and got that same rate you did for the actually days I wanted Yay!!!!

on valentines day we are doing the ice cream social and on my bday we are eating breakfast at chef Mickeys and dinner at House of Blues dont know what we are doing for dinner on Valentines day

Just tried to use the AP discount for Mardi Gras week (2/21 - 2/28), Pop Century does not have any rooms available at that rate for the week. But that set back will not stop us - we're going to stay at Movies.

you could of gotten a cheaper rate!

If you are a Florida resident, you can get into Pop century for only $49 a night!

If you don't know (you probably do), click "Florida Resident" on the main Disney website and it will give you the code to use for the cheaper rates!

Thanks Dave, but I Am Northern Belle!!! Although everyone should take into account that because rooms arent available under one tyype of discount, they may be under a different one. For example, maybe the passholder rooms are sold out for a particular time frame, but the Florida resident discount still has some rooms left. Be sure to ask as Disney will not volunteer this information!! Good luck to everyone!! Belle

Hey again Dave, I went to the section of the Disneyworld site you had told me about and saw that for the time period I Am going the Florida resident rate is $74.00 a night which is probably just about what I got as a Passholder. I am going at the end of February, not the beginning! Thanks for the heads up though!! Belle

If you can't get the AP rate, there is another code that anyone can use. Code CTN is almost exactly the same as the AP rate for the same dates!

Under the category that persistance pays off. Saturday there were absolutely no rooms at Pop Century for my stay in Feb and Movies was filling up quick (At least that's what I was told). So I make my reservations to Movies. I'm talking with one of my co-workers who's going at the same time, he said when he called Monday Pop Century was available. Sure enough I called this morning and what do you know - Pop Century was available, even went with the preferred view. :sohappy:

I don't get it - talked to 2 CM's on Saturday - nothing. I would have to assume they made available more rooms than orginally planned on Monday.

I am so happy for you Frazierle!!! That is awesome I seriously thnk they add rooms as the dates draw nearer. Then again , maybe someone cancelled out or didnt call back with a down payment. Whichever, I am thrilled for you! Belle

Thanks, the kids were really exited. We usually start a countdown when we get to 2 weeks prior to leaving. They couldn't wait so our countdown is at 43 days.
