Annual Passes

Currently Disney offers financing for Florida Residents only on Annual Passes, Wondering if they have explored the possibility of allowing everyone to participate in that option? Question #2, since we pay Property Tax in the State of Florida (DVC Members), would this make us eligible as a "FLA Resident"? If you own an interest in a property and are paying Property Taxes I would like to think so. Even if you were unable to use your DVC discount, it would still be a great option to have.

As to question #2, sorry, you have to live in Florida to be a Florida resident. The rules Disney lays out are really strict, and owning a timeshare doesn't count.

Yeah it's your "true, fixed, and permanent address," which is the standard for almost all contractual agreements based on residency.
