Annual Pass?

Someone mentioned to me it'd be worth it to buy an annual pass. That if you are staying in a more expensive hotel, it will pay for itself with discounts in the first day or two.

Any idea of what they were talking about? And would it be worth it?

So much good information on this thread. The way we look at it is if we go on more than one trip then we come out ahead. We will get five trips on our passes this time ( our two summer trips, thanksgiving, Christmas, and February for our kids bdays). For us, we come out way ahead. We also do TIW for dining. That too works well for us. In general, if you have the chance to take either a single long trip or multiple trips, an AP is great!!
