We're headed down to WDW TOMORROW!!!! YEAY, YEAY:sohappy:

We buy an annual pass and use our Disney Club card for an extra $15 off each person. So looking forward to this year since we're saving money with our son not being 3 years old yet. Next year will be a killer though when we go down!:dazzle:

12 hours and counting!!!!
Disney, here I come!

Babe,

You have an annual pass, yet your location is in Ohio? I suppose it's worth the cost if you visit frequently or for extended periods of time. I stereotype annual passholders as local residents. I, for example, would not benefit from owning an annual pass to "Ohio Kingdom."

WELL THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR STEREOTYPING!!!! lol, just kidding:animwink: we've gotten annual passes SEVERAL times in the past!! usually, though, it's when we know we're going to be able to visit two or three times in one year. for instance, we'll be going in Nov, so we'll probably get APs cuz we're going again next June. probably the time that our APs paid off the most was when we went May 99, Nov 99, then May 00. i don't know if it's cheaper to go the route of the annual pass, or to buy park hoppers every trip...but APs just seem to be a lot more convenient. that way, after we've made one trip on them, that's all we have to worry about...we've already got our passes for the next trip(s) and hopefully by our next trip(s) we'll already have them paid off, and we don't have to worry about getting a whole new set of passes. and another plus is that we can go into the parks just as soon as we get there if we want to. that way, we don't have to waist a whole day on our pass if we end up getting to the parks after lunch the day we arrive. but yeah, if we go more than once in one year, then APs are just a lot better for us.

well, see, it's a lot cheaper to get AP for us. we go in april & spend a week. then in the summer & stay a week or two....then we go at christmas & stay bout 2 weeks. so, yup, for us, it's a LOT easier & cheaper w/the AP. even though we are from ohio :p

I have an annual pass. This is my second one. I had on ewhen I lived in Chicago for the same reason, multiple trips and extended trips. Now, living in Florida, I use it for weekend trips.

We have annual passes(Fla. res. seasonal). This is the first year we have done the seasonal thing. It's great! We figured we didn't want to be there during the most crowded, hot times anyway. We have done regular annual and premium annual in the past, but this is MUCH CHEAPER!

Will be going in September, November and December! Can't wait!!

We just got r (Seasonal Passes) Renewed, I would much rather have an annual cause right now is the blackout season so we go to Universal. But its cheaper and its easier to use. But u do have to pay money to park with the seasonal....

Meega, nala kwishta!
We are getting them too for our trip in Oct. I'm getting it cos' it will save me over $1100 on the cost of the resort room rates. Well, that's if Disney every releases the discounts for Oct

If the rates stay at about 30%, I should save $141 a night, thus $1128 total. And at $738 for the APs I will save $390 overall. Saving $390 is well worth the trouble of getting them. Plus I get discounts at other stuff with them like the tours that we are doing and some of the places to eat and shop.

They are worth it if you are staying long enough at a more expensive resort (AKL in my case). So even if we don't get down there in the following year after Oct, I still save money.

We will be gettiong our second set of annual passes this September. Our son is three now and we will have to buy him one this time around for a total of four passes--oh well, he had to grow-up one of these days.

We also live far from the magic (Michigan--near detroit--even further than Babe by a little bit). We buy an annual pass every otehr year and then spend all of our vacation time at WDW. It brings down the cost of vascationing considerably and we don't get tired of the repeat trips so it makes a lot of sense for us. This newest set of APs will be used for a week at a time in Spetember, November, February, April and next September (right before it expires).

I'll be picking an AP up when I go next year, I'll be staying 11 days, and it appears to be even cheaper than an UPH. Not to mention that I may not be staying onsite. :( Then again, when I find out the discounts that I could get with an AP at that time of year, I would probably be staying at the WL.

:)

Eight days a year and the Annual Pass is cheaper than any other way to go. Plus with the Annual if you get to Orlando in the late afternoon you don't feel like you are waisting a day by heading on over to WDW.

When we had Hoppers we got to our hotel around 3-4 and went out and spent as much money as if we had spent it on admission to WDW.

:D

Couldn't agree more with positives on the Premium Annual Pass. We're from New Jersey and will always get the PAP, although we have to take the next year off (number three on the way for Sept.:sohappy:. From the water parks to Disney Quest to Pleasure Island or just feeling free to go to the parks for only part of the day, it's well worth it!!!
