Annual Pass Simple Q

My dad has an AP that expires Dec 27, 2004. We would like to sign onto the "special section" on disneyworld.com. We click 'passholder' and it asks for ID number, zip code, and type of pass. The last two are easy questions, however it is the ID number that is giving us grief. I've typed in every number on this card we have and nothing seems to work. Looking at the pass, where would this number be located???:hammer:

Look on the bottom right line. Mine begins with 3 letters, a colon, 3 numbers, space, mm/dd/yr, space and two numbers. It is right underneath the valid through date.

I did not know those numbers, colons, and dates were all connected for one large unit. The spaces seem more than jsut one space, so I saw that as different numbers and woould try each numerous times. Good thing you have your head on straight to make up for my lackings.
