YES park hopper is included in annual passes!!
--I had one.
No these aren't good at Disneyland.

To visit both coasts you can get the Premier Pass and it gets you hopping into all the parks and water parks.

Yes. The seasonal and everything above has park hoppers which includes the annual which I own.

An additional note on the Premier Pass. Unless something has changed, it can only be purchased on property. You can't go on-line and purchase one.
