were do you activate your annual pass exchange certificate?

I think you have to go to Guest Relations at the parks or DTD and take care of it there. I am not sure if you can do it at a resort (probably not) so just give yourself some extra time when you head to the park!

Pretty much any place you can purchase a Theme Park admission can convert your certificate to the actual ticket.

The only places you can convert it is at the guest relations windows at the parks or guest relations at DTD. You cannot do it at your resort.

I have personally converted mine at the TTC ticket booths, EPCOT main ticket booths , EPCOT world gateway ticket booths.
