Annual Pass Purchasing Question

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
I ordered my Annual Pass online this weekend to get it before the ticket price went up. The only option for delivery was Will Call. I was told by others i would get an exchange certificate/card to activate once we get to the world, but it dosent say anything about getting an exchange certificate shipped to me. It only gave me something i could print (not the same as the exchange card) and bring to any ticket office to get my pass. The reason this is concerning me is because i wanted to register online as a passholder for all the perks, discounts, newsletter, etc and i have no exchange card or activated pass to enter the info from to register online. Have any of you ordered online and did you get an exchange card in the mail to activate later? I really want to register online and cannot without one of those items.

I ordered mine through DVC and they sent me something through my e-mail... and then I brought it with me to get my pass. If you are unsure... why don't you just call Disney. I'm sure they have answers for you.

I just did the same thing before the prices went up. But because it would only give me "will call" option and not shipping option, I called and ordered over the phone and they are mailing me the exchange vouchers. Maybe you can call them and get your order switched to vouchers also.

Print out the email and take it with you. SHow them that with an ID for each person (minors not required) and you're fine. When I have ordered my seasonals in the pass I order it on line and then get them at a park or DTD when I get up there. You won't have a problem.

Thanks for y'all help but I called the ticket office and they said there is nothing they can do besides rebook with the new higher price and then have me pay to ship the voucher. The Passholder office told me to call back and ask for a supervisor because it was not my fault I had no option to pay to ship when I initially ordered my pass. The first ticketing guy was no help at all. Maybe a supervisor will be more helpful. How hard can it be to let me pay for shipping and just mail me a voucher????? Geez :)

Yes I know I can activate when I get there that is not my problem though. I want to register to start receiving my offers and newsletter online and without a exchange voucher or the activated pass I cannot do that with the will call certificate. I wanted to start receiving all my benefits and offers before I went. Otherwise I would have just waited to buy it when I arrived if that was the case. I ordered early so I could get the voucher now and register online. Which now I don't have that option because only will call was available online. :(

I renew each year on-line and I think if you print your renewal voucher on line the numbers you need to sign up as a passholder are on the voucher. I can't remember for sure but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Thank you but i tried that too. lol The will call voucher does not have any specific passholder info for me on there. I had to go as far as calling Guest Relations and they are working on it for me. Who knew it was so complicated to just get a voucher instead of will call. lol I know i can still book if i find out about a discount etc but i would like to register so i get all the perks newsletters, offers, etc before we actually go. They are supposed to get back with me today or tommorow with a solution if it can be fixed. :brick:

I tried every way possible. The only number on the will call certificate is the ticket order #. The only ways to register is online is with the info on a exchange voucher , or on an activated pass of which looks nothing like the info i have on my will call certificate. I know i can book with the discount without my actual pass in hand but i have no way of registering to get the emails about the offers or my newsletter, and online access etc. :veryconfu
