Annual pass exchange

Howdy all!

Tried the search function without luck.

We have bought the annual pass and got the exchange certificate that we need to exchange to the real tickets at ticket sales locations. We are planning to go to the transportation and ticket center to change it, and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if we just got the new ticket straight away, or if we have to give Disney our address, photo etc? And do we have to give them some other info? And do we need our passport since we are Norwegians?
If anyone could tell me exactly what is going to happen when we are exchanging the tickets I would be glad

I just did this last month =)

I did have to provide a photo ID so I'm assuming they got my address from that, and they asked for my phone number and an email address. That was it, it took about 5 minutes. Though I got it mid-day at the MK and there wasn't anyone in line.

We did this last year and all they needed was our driver's license - in your case probably the pass port. It is a very simple process. Have a wonderful trip
