Poly down and Cabins are both down. Like Poly tower helped Cabins dues I'm still guessing that Reflections 2.0 is folded into the Cabins association and puts another dent into dues, further closing the gap. There's still hope I can eventually justify owning a fixed week someday.

Cabins dropping from 12 to 11 isn't much. I bet they are budgeting for quick rip and replace of the whole unit instead of soft goods refresh.
