I really don't think that this thread is good for the forums right now. I do have to say that I agree with a lot of what was said though. I've been trying to remind members to be more understanding of and polite to new members. So I'll say it one more time, it's rude to tell someone that something has already been discussed, so don't do it, it makes you look like jerks!! Also, people are going to disagree about things, that's just the way the world works- so if it's not possible for you to disagree in a polite and adult manner and move on, then I really don't believe that a message forum is for you! It's sad that these new members feel like they were attacked and unwelcome. The people who treated them this way should be ashamed of themselves.

For those of you who didn't feel welcome in the begining, I'm sorry. I hope your experience has become more pleasant. If not please contact me or Steve so that the situation can be taken care of.
