Anniversary dinner in Disney Springs: Boathouse, Paddlefish, Homecomin'?

The subject is fairly self-explanatory. We definitely want to try someplace new and have heard rave reviews about all three. Thanks in advance! (If it helps, we'll be there in late July so indoor seating may be preferable...)

I've only eaten at Homecoming & we loved it! Ate there in August when we were on our Honeymoon. Not a romantic setting by any means but the food was excellent

All three have great food.

Homecomin is very good, but very casual.

Boathouse is very busy, can be loud.

Paddlefish would get my vote for such an occasion. Intimate, and more refined.
