Anna and Elsa Fastpass

Sorry if this has been asked before, had a look and couldn't see anything.
We will be coming out in just under a month, so now in the window to book our fastpasses. When I've got up and looked between 7-8am UK time (about 2-3am Florida time) there haven't been any FP to meet Anna and Elsa. I set my alarm for just before 5am our time to catch the bookings just as they open, as assumed I was just too late, and it was still showing standby only for the day that had just gone live. Click on the details, and it does say FP+ is available for this attraction.
Are they not releasing FP at the mo, as I can't see how within 30 seconds, all of the FP for the day had gone. It was showing the same on the 7 dwarves mine ride, as well as the parades.
Any suggestions? Will be taking a 7 year old very desperate to meet them, and will have my mother in law in a scooter who can't stand for long times too - the massive queues are not fun! We will have the DAS card for my MIL, so will that be of use in this case (first time travelling with her).
Thank you all

Are you staying on property? If you are you get to book FP 2 months before. Those people have already booked everything up. You wrote you went on 1 month before to book, you waited too long unless you are staying off property, you have no choice and can only book 1 month out and by that time all the hot items are already booked.
Just use the DAS to meet A&E but your MIL must be with you for the meet n greet.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Yes, we are staying off property in a villa so can only access them 1 month before. Will use the DAS then, am pleased it can be used for that as well, I will make sure MIL doesn't wander off :)

You could always get to the park at opening time and go straight there. The wait shouldnt be too long if you're one of the first to get there, but if not, yes, make sure your MIL doesnt wander off they wont let you in the meet n greet without her if using the DAS

I am a passholder who takes a few trips a year and stays on property and sometimes just goes for the day. It either instance I have NEVER been about the get fast passes for Anna and Elsa. I always log in at midnight (Disney time) and they are all gone already. These are the most popular fast passes in disney world and are almost impossible to get.

I would try to get there before the park opens (maybe about 8-830am) and go straight there. I am not sure how the DAS card works.

Just be aware that if your mother in law is using a scooter she is unlikely to be eligable for the DAS. As almost all queue 's are wheelchair & scooter friendly you no longer get an automatic DAS unlike California.

I went to get one as normal in 2013 but was refused, however I got one in Disneyland last year.

I need the scooter & cannot walk without sticks however the DAS now seems to be reservered for those individuals with less easily accommodated disabilities.

It may not work, but you could try looking for fastpasses for a party of 1. I booked at 60 days out, and 7 Dwarfs was already gone for the first day of our trip. I gave up for a while, and then went back recently to tinker around (around 45 day mark). It wouldn't show any availability at all for a party of 2, but I was able to book two groups of one; the times were something like 3-4 and 3:30-4:30, so that the two people will still be able to ride together.
