Personally I use ImageReady..comes free with photoshop

Most people i know use ULead Gif Animator...there is a free demo out there

ok I made an Animated picture but it wont let me save it as a animated GIF, it will only let me save it as a photoshop file. Can anyone help?

Animation Shop - It comes with Paint Shop Pro 7.0

I believe theres other good animation programs.

File>Save Optimized As...

That should do it.
