Are you talking about the Palm tree that's usually at th entrance. If so, I believe it's Wes Palm.

I've not actually seeen this... any pics please. I did however find myself talking to a dustbin/trash can at AK once, I felt so silly, it wouldn't leave me alone!

His name is WES PALM a evident pun towards west palm. its a fake palm tree about 4 feet in height on a wooden crate type base which houses all the electronics. he has set show times every hour on the hour or 45 something like that
