We are arriving in October, we have requested a roll in shower and a room near the lobby. Does anyone know what kind of view we would expect from our balcony? or if there is a particular room for us to request? Any advice would be great!

I was under the impression they had accessible rooms in each view category (Standard, Pool, Savannah) and some in Concierge levels. So it would depend on which type of view you booked. You should expect that view unless that type of view was overbooked in which case they may bump you up to the next level.
