Is there an dining place within the Animal Kingdom where you can sit and view animals while dining?
Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Best to go at lunch and ask for a window table.[/quot
That is a really cool concept, kind of like the coral reef but with animals. Is there an dining place within the Animal Kingdom where you can sit and view animals while dining?
Sanaa does not serve breakfast. Depending on the time of year you visit, though, an early dinner seating would still offer good views of the savanna during daylight hours. How,difficult and time consuming is it to leave the park and go to Sanna for lunch and return to park? Or does Sanaa have a breakfast?
I saw some ducks on the water at my table at the Flame Tree BBQ.
I had the exact same thought! Those little birdies gave us no peace. I think I snuck some food to them when the CMs weren't looking. They made me feel so guilty I just had to share.Heck, I've seen ducks underneath my table trying to eat my crumbs while I'm still sitting there at Flame Tree!
Not a bad trip at all. AKL is fairly close to AK, not a bad drive or bus ride depending on how you plan to travel. As some have suggested, it is not a bad idea to eat a late lunch/early dinner at around 3:00 or so, for you may be done with that park by that time anyway. I could spend all day in AK because of the environment, but others find they are done by early afternoon. It would save you some time if you go when you finish the park cause then you can just travel on to your next park or back to the hotel for some rest. But once again, you must request a window table, or at least a table with a view upon arrival for your reservation. Not all tables in the restaurant have this view. Sanaa is fairly low key and it isn't hard to get a reservation at all. How,difficult and time consuming is it to leave the park and go to Sanna for lunch and return to park? No but u can catch a bus to a park then get on the AKLI have a question about transportation. We are staying at the Beach Club and want to have breakfast at Boma before spending our day at AK. Can we take a bus from BC to AKL for Boma? If not, what would be the fastest way to get there? Thanks!!! Still trying to figure out all of this bus/monorail stuff.
