I would totally believe the billions quote if I haven't heard that number thrown around so much.

Billion is easier to say then Millions and sounds a lot more impressive when making a point. Whatever that point might be.

Sure I have seeen those same articles on the LA Times, Orlando Sentinel, and various other news outlets, but push comes to shove once this project is over it will be in the billions. It's taking way longer to complete than when they first began planning for construction to begin. If we recall the reason why was because "New" Fantasyland was of much higher priority.

Just going off of what has been reported rather than speculation. Regardless, the point is made tenfold (or more).
