Angry Pluto chases little kid

Hey guys...

This morning, I came accross this video of Pluto chasing a little kid. It seems like a fun game until a woman grabs Pluto and you start to see that the man inside the costume is furious. I'm pretty sure this happen in the main street USA section of a Magic Kingdom park but I don't know which one.

I posted this in the WDW Parks News and Rumors because I wanted to know if any of you knew anyting about this. It seems like the first time I hear of this but it has court material all over it.

It looks a little odd to me. The chase is a little quick and dramatic to be fun. I'm guessing the kid kicked him in a naughty place!
