It's the instrumental version of the song, but the youtube poster put in some little blurbs saying the song artist is Ricardo Padua and the title of the song is "Disney's Celebrate You".

Again, not sure if this is true or not. I searched on Google for Ricardo and couldn't find much. Again, I didn't search much either.
