This isn't where the thread ended before, but no problem.
This will take some getting used to, like anything new, and I appreciate the effort. Lots of new goodies!
Any problems lie with me....I just don't suffer change very well. And I'm missing some things.
One thing...and it might seem unimportant to many...but it makes me quite sad...lookaround smilie is gone.

I'm exactly the same, change makes me uneasy! I don't adjust very easily! I also agree with the smilies, I now realise how important they are, all the best ones are gone

It's definitely going to take some getting used to! I'm not really complaining, considering all the effort that goes into keeping this site going. I do appreciate that.
I don't know...I guess I was happy with some things the way they were.
But, hey...people complain like crazy when Facebook makes changes, too. lol It's a high-tech world, now!

Hey guys. Hang in there, trust me, once you get used to this you will wonder how you ever managed on the old system. This system is so much quicker to use, and most importantly, is something that can be maintained. The old system was close to failure. Thanks for being a part of the site!

I know you're right, Steve! And like I said, I'm not complaining. Just adjusting. lol I'm just happy Magic is still around to come home to. I'd miss it more than I could say, if it weren't. Thank you for all you do!

It will feel like home soon enough. I've been on this new system for the last year or so, and it really didn't take long before I felt totally comfortable with it, and the old forum felt pre-historic. It served us well for 10 years, but was not going to make it to 11.

The alerts are great, especially when you are gone for a day or so, and you come back and can see exactly what has gone on. If you follow people, you can also see a list of things that just your followers have done/said.

Ah yes, I do see that. It looks there is a lot of formatting in your signature. Go into your profile (top right of the screen), delete your signature, and re enter it. That should sort it out.
