No - if you can swing it, you should go for it.

We're just too poor to head back until 2012, or I would totally head back to Hogsmeade for frozen butterbeer. :slurp:

We DID finally get our $$ back from Hopkins for the trips, though! Did I mention that?? Yay for OUR money coming back!

Excellent! Seriously we want to wait until Legoland is finished before we go back to Florida, and that won't be done until next fall. Plus Fantasyland should be at least somewhat finished by summer 2012....so we wait. With Ab heading into high school next year - trips during the school year are OUT.

I'm hoping I finally catch Uni in June this time....but I just don't know what things will be like and what we'll end up doing at this point.

Without you in Jan....like is Marc going?

Marc's ENTIRE family is going. Parents, SILs BILs and nephews are all going. Marc's taking Anastasia for the week, and I get to stay home with the newborn. :(

Oh that's such great news!!!!

'Bout dang time too!

Nope!

*proud mommy grin(*

And it has begun. You look so happy in those pics. You've now crossed over. They own you, heart and soul now!

I can totally see that. Makes perfect sense.

But Marc's going to the conference with or without me. It's a job requirement. And if they're going to pay for his airfare and room (and some food) I figure we may as well. Even though it's going to be interesting going with a 3 month old. :dazzle:

OMG....that sucks and is rediculous!!! Why do you have to stay home? And why does he have to still go if that's the case?

From what I understand though - the baby care centers are supposed to be really nice. And you're DVC so you have a little more space to stretch out.

I was thinking about renting a house the next time we go - but Abby said that isn't a 'vacation' for her. Apparently all 4 of us crammed in a hotel room is what she prefers.

Boo - but on the up side, you want have to deal w/ in-law insanity. ;)

True that. Although Marc gets to fly ALONE with the girl. I'm secretly enjoying thinking about him wrangling a car seat, carryon bag for her, laptop case, and two suitcases by himself. :drevil:

He doesn't want to miss out on his family's trip. They can't change plans, and I'm NOT going on a plane with a possible 4 week old. Can you say GERMS?? Gah!

I get where Abby is coming from...but she also hasn't experienced a vacation home stay before either...so...it might end up surprising her. :)

I can't imagine how you must be feeling. I think about you guys often and hope they'll be home for good soon!
IT's absolutely amazing yet insanely difficult all at the same time. I miss them to much. But we'll be together soon. We've waited this long to find each other...

I'm off to bed friends. Love you all. So glad we got to chat!

The baby care places are NICE. love them. But 4 weeks is a bit too young for my tastes. Plus, MAYBE he'll be kinda sleeping through the night by then?? right??

Yeah...germs not so good...

And they can't change plans or won't? I mean it's not like they haven't had almost 9 months to figure out another date that would work a bit better...
