Who did the original voice for SIR in AE and why did Disney decide to change it?..

I think the answer to both parts of this one might actually be somewhere else on the boards here so if you don't know it, you might be able to find it...

It was originally Phil Hartman, and it was changed because they wanted S.I.R. to be funny and creepy, so they asked Tim Curry to do it.
