An Increase In Quality of Maintenance

We visited in September '13 and then again in early October '13. Although there were many refurb activities happening during these visits, we noticed that overall the parks were cleaner and fresher looking than they had been in recent years. We didn't mind the few attractions being in refurb, if the park would get back to its once 'glory days'.

I'm not sure where all the dirt on SSE is supposed to be, but it doesn't look so bad from @abeachchick 's picture taken last Friday @ F&W

The dirt was on the top as I recall, a location that picture isn't showing us. No way to tell from that.

...and seemed to be most noticeable from the road coming in and the bus area.
