Thats the professional and enhanced pic Disney takes for their site 
I think what he is referring to is a city in the "darkness" of the earth room...towards the bottom....thats what I am going to look for tommorow...i have a non-intrusive blue light thats actually really bright..but cant be seen by security cameras...i'll use that to shine some light on the subject...no pun intended...
