.....was filming a commercial at the castle at MK this morning as I was leaving post EMH.

Everything blocked of and a boom camera was in use.

"Due to an unfortunate illness, Jordin Sparks has been forced to cancel her show scheduled for this Sunday, April 20, at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Sparks’ doctor has advised the Jordan Center that the former “American Idol” winner cannot perform due to an acute vocal cord hemorrhage condition. Because of the risk of permanent vocal cord damage, Sparks has been ordered to strict vocal rest and will not be able to perform anywhere until her condition improves. The Jordan Center apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this uncontrollable circumstance."

She is still suffering from the condition and is on doctors orders to take it easy for now.

Maybe they are finally ready to announce the DHS project on the show? I've been shocked that Disney released the concept art and announcement while I don't believe it has been mentioned on air as of yet. Perhaps they're waiting for the finale when they need filler time and have a huge audience.

I think I just saw this commercial during the American Idol Finale. She was standing in Cinderella's Castle talking about the American Idol Experience coming the DHS.

I think they said it would open in January at DHS.

Ryan is such an ad-libber he said something like now we have some American Idol theme park (NOT a verbatim quote). As if WDW is just a routine, run of the mill carnival type park. Wonder if he has ever been?

He used to work at the same radio station as Tripp West (almost won CMO) in GA, maybe Tripp could teach him something.

Good spot by Jordin though, and she sang good tonight on AI.

I'm surprised they didn't linger on the subject very much on the finale. They just mentioned it really briefly, than moved on.
