American Adventure 1930's Scene Inspiration Photo

The American Adventure show at EPCOT contains a scene was always vaguely familiar to me, but I could never place it. The scene is the General Store that has several men listening to one man play the guitar and sing "Brother Can You Spare A Dime?", and then listening to FDR on the radio. I always thought this was a painting I must have seen at some time. Turns out it is a photograph taken in North Carolina, 1939, that inspires the scene.

The house, now apparently abandoned, still stands today.

Interesting. Maybe this is all well known, but it's new to me.
