For some reason I well up every time I hear "Remember When" from the 50th anniversary CD so you are in good company.

And just a little FYI the "vapors" has a completely different meaning in the south than it apparently has in the north.

I go every week and it never fails that something happens to make me cry each week. Just read some of MJ's stories and see our pics in her blog and you'll see, I'm a basket case most of the time. :D

I am fairly emotional for a guy. Especially, as I and my kids get a little older. We are headed to Disney on December 2 and this is the first trip that my oldest daughter can't make because of college exams.

Talk about losing it. When she told me she couldn't go we both cried. We have been to Disney about 10 times and many of our very best family memories were created there.

If you saw there movie Armageddon, when Bruce Willis sets off the nuke, his daughter's childhood flashes before his eyes. It was kinda like on steroids.

My only comfort is that I still have a six year old boy to keep me in "Disney memory creation mode" for a few more years.

Parents of young ones, seize the day and all of the emotions that come along with it.

I spent my honeymoon in the World.

I know I am not able to go back for a while. Everytime I hear the beginning of Spectromagic...I get a little teary.

Pretty emotional for a guy....but the memories are wonderful.

Oh yeah....I'm on of those emotional types. I honeymooned at WDW in October and I was getting misty eyed left and right. Mainly at Spectro and the end of Fantasmic (because it was the last full day.) \

So many memories from that trip....I was looking through my pics last night

 I don't know if it is my age, or what, but as I find myself perusing all the things my family will be doing starting Saturday, in Disney World, I find myself getting the 'vapors'! My daughter is 7 and this will be her first trip (my 5th)

I just find myself quietly tearing up , looking forward to all the Decorations, and Characters, and, well just everything!!!

Am I nuts?

awwwhhh...

I was in Disney in July...

I went to EPCOT on my second day (first full day)... My wife and I had planned to casually walk around the World Showcase, stopping in each country for a drink or a sample of their wares.

I went in early to catch the new attraction Soarin' and was going to meet up with my wife later. There I was, alone, wandering around the park...I could actually run if i wanted to (most people in my party slow me down)..

I started at Canada...watched the show...walked around the waterfall...made my way to England...stopping at the Rose & Crown. I had ordered a beer and just sat down at a table before a group of people came in...laughing, interacting with the lovely marmaid.

I was just absorbing the atmoshere and listening to the happy vacationers making small talk...

and a tear formed in the corner of my eye.

I was here...I was in Disney

I just turned 50...so no...

you're prefectly sane
