Welcome home! Where did you buy at and how many points. What ever the amount, I am sure next year at this time you will want more!!!!!

DVC is the best thing that could have ever happened for us Disney fanatics. I'm happy to say that I'm blessed to be able to enjoy WDW for many years to come!

How can you not know how many points? A DVC member lives and dies by the points (it won't be enough belive me!) You must have not been the one to sign that check paying the 89$ per point buy in. Belive me after that pain wears off, it is all fun from here on out. It is the 1st buy in that really hurts, dues are nothing.

At least at SSR you have 50 years, we only have 39 years of vacations left to plan (but by then I will be 70 so I won't care to much!)

my parents who helped me out in buying into the DVC. (they own in it and knew i expressed interest in buying into the DVC)

but i did buy the least amount, 150.

I wish my parents would wise up and buy into it!!

Thirteen trips as a family of 4 and 18 trips for the married couple, and still no DVC.

It's because "we are never going again--islands are more fun."

Ahhhh, my parents are too funny. But I've been hitting hard with the DVC subtle touches. Besides, Jan 4th it was sad, on our drive home, that we would be island hopping next year. Word on the street this past w/e is that Disney will be our next vacation "if the codes come out." Sounds good to me.

But DVC sounds better, for when me and my sis are each married with kids.

My husband and I have been DVC members for 2 years now. We own at BCV. We are planning a split trip this summer to Vero Beach and Saratoga Springs.

Best vacation decision you'll make. We have 150 at BoardWalk and 80 more at Beach Club (couldn't add more at BW - our use year was sold out).

One of the best parts of the club for those of us non-Floridians is the Hilton Head resort. Makes a perfect stop off on your way home.
