Alvin on Disney Channel...

So I'm flipping through and see Alvin/Chipmunks on today's Disney Channel movie.

EXCUSE ME? Whatever happened to Beauty and the Beast? Lady and the Tramp? Little Mermaid?

And when good movies are shown they are called "PLAYHOUSE DISNEY SPECIALS."



Another day of NOT watching the Disney Channel.

To be fair, that's really nothing new. I remember seeing non-Disney animated movies (Chipmunks, Looney Tunes, etc.) on there even when the channel was worth watching.

Still, there is still no true "Disney" programming. I would rather see a classic on there than a film that could just as easily be on Cartoon Network. And if after this good programming is in place, I wouldn't be ticked to see Alvin once and a while. . .

There are some shows on the Disney channel that i just dont like or care to watch anymore. I actually would like to see the Disney movies on more often then the made for TV disney movies like the cheeta girls (which stunk IMO) and Halloween Town. I would even like to see the old shows that were on when my parents were children to see what kind of things they would watch on TV.

i saw Ghostbusters 2 (albeit it was edited like crazy) on Disney Channel once.

i wish they'd bring back the old DC and mix it witht he new. i like some of the newer cartoons but miss the old ones badly. ah the classics

I think I saw Pocahontas on the Disney Channel once. :\ Bring back Vault Disney, I say.

I like Alvin & the Chipmunks, and you know what, it's better than That's So Raven and Kimpossible. So I guess it doesn't bother me.
