Almost 5 Day trip with Toddlers

I will be visiting WDW Dec 02 - 06 with my wife, daughter 5, and son 2. I wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything, or making any huge mistakes. Here is the schedule as of now:

Tuesday Dec 2: Arrive at MCO around noon, check into hotel (off site), visit wal-mart to buy food. Then attend Christmas party at MK.
Wednesday Dec 3: Back to MK for full day of fun, except probably afternoon nap for everyone back at hotel.
Thursday Dec 4: Morning: time share presentation. Afternoon: Epcot. The kids are too young for most of the big rides, so we shouldn't have trouble doing everything we can in half a day.
Friday Dec 5: Back to MK! It was my daughter's favorite last year.
Saturday Dec 6: AK. Character breakfast when the park opens. No EE, so we should be able to do most things. Leave for airport in the late afternoon.

You may have noticed we're skipping DHS. I'm wondering if we should reduce our MK time to go there, or do DHS instead of Epcot. We didn't buy the park hoppers to save money, and I don't expect to spend a whole day at DHS.

I think MK and AK are the most interesting parks for toddlers. We travelled with our then 2 1/2 years old son last April and skipped DHS too; we didn't regret it! He mostly enjoyed MK's attractions, especially Fantasyland. Character meals are also big winners, we loved Crystal Palace and Tusker House.

We have been twice (so far ;)) with our 3 yr old twins. Your plans look great, obviously MK will be a favorite along with AK. We did go to HS, but this was mostly because of the Disney Junior Show. Our daughter LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

I'm assuming you are going to Tusker House in AK for breakfast on your last day? We love it there, great character interaction and good food for a buffet!

EDIT: Just wanted to say that we always do WDW for over a week with park hoppers or AP's. If we were going for a shorter trip HS is definitely the park we would leave out when with the kids.

Sounds like great plans but I will say we spent a lot of time in HS with our 1 and 3 yr old... But they LOVE disney junior and the summer frozen events were still going on...

Thanks for all the replies! I probably should mention this will be roughly my 30th trip, my wife's 5th trip, daughter's 3rd, and son's 2nd. The decision to skip DHS is mostly because it's my least favorite park, despite Fantasmic and Star Tours. The wife really wants to spend more time in World Showcase, so maybe we'll spend a full day in Epcot and the timeshare day at MK. Or we'll just wing it. The only reservations we have so far are for the Christmas party on the first day, character breakfast on the last day, and time share presentation in the middle.

I would like to spend a whole week at Disney, but I only have so much vacation time. And vacation money!
