black lab or Golden Retriever?

Had a black lab when I was growing up.... now I have three apricot poodles and a long haired chihuahua.... [currently the boys are laying in bed next to me on the right...the girls are on my left....]

The story I am writing revolves around a small dog - nonspecific...there is also a part for a large dog who is a mascot for a pet store....

see...I took you for a Golden...
the great thing about dogs...you can be a complete (explicit) and they'd still love you...which is good for me because I'm pretty good at it...

German Shepard all the way...

I already have that planned. Just waiting on the win. I would rent out a few of the villas in AKL and take the family for a week or two. Then buy a place in Orlando and an AP.

Probably stay for a month on the top floor of the Contemporary, buy a 'winter' home in Orlando someplace, add on to our home a wing just for our four legged babies, two new cars, and do a lot more travelling. Oh and visit the casinos a lot more often.

So, tomorrow the MegaMillions jackpot is going to be close to $260 million. I figure after I pay off my credit cards I should have about $2 million left....and I have told everyone I know if I ever won, I would take them to Disney. [I never promise to take people to London, Hawaii, cruises... just Disney! :D]

This morning I found $2 in the parking lot of work. It was raining, but hey, money is money and I swooped that up and figured this HAS TO BE a sign to play the lottery.

I could see myself taking 50 people to Disney and just saying, put it on my bill....which got me to thinking - what resort would I want to stay in, and what other perks would I want... I have friends who have struggled with job losses, health issues, etc and they are on my list to come along, and a few of my cousins and other relatives....

It kept coming back to me that I would want to stay at the Poly... never having stayed there, but it's secretly calling to me. Once I book my 50 rooms, I am going to look into renting out one of the parks for an evening and making it a really special trip. [Of course, everyone on these boards is invited!!]

What would you do if you won the lottery? Where would you stay? Anything special you would do? Anyone you would invite to make their trip even more magical??
Good luck! we just got back from an overly carefree Orlando weekend- I am negative a LOT of dollars so I won't be playing, but Capitol One loves me! They actually raised my limit on two separate occasions while we were in Disney. Hopefully it'll be a rollover so I can play too :)

Well, my kids are furry and have four legs... but they have run up quite the vet bills over the past few years...

But I have lost my main job, had the transmission in my truck go, and have patched together enough small jobs to barely pay the bills... still, I am hopeful that tomorrow will be the start of something new and better!!
:'( At least you have a good attitude about it- hope things turn around soon!

As much as I love Disney... if I won 260 million, Disney wouldn't even be on my mind.
I'm with you there, I'd LOVE to tour the Mediterranean, take a REAL safari in Africa, go to Australia, the UK for a shoe shopping spree (the Brits make the BEST shoes), and relax in a bungalow over the crystal blue water in Bora Bora. And have Samantha Brown plan it for us and be our personal tour guide :)

It's funny, when I play the lottery...the first thing I tell myself I am going to do with the money...is go to WDW, and take everyone I know who has never been!
I would let them all choose where they wanted to stay...but for me, I always wanted to stay in those little cottages at the boardwalk...the ones with the white picket fences. I figure the only time I could afford those is with a lottery win.

With that much money, i would buy a POLY suite. What is better than staying there and seeing the views everyday. Would disney sell a suite? for a couple million, sure. It means they dont have to worry about selling a room that is overpriced, but heck, im wealthy with 260 million. I would never have to drive a car again, and i could afford to pay for good dining. Would it get old? not sure, but would love to find out!

Not liking this for what you've had to go through, just sending hugs your way <3 And my furry/four legged ones are my babies, right along side my 2 legged ones : )

Ah, yes...the Lottery! I actually figured out a way to make money on the lottery. It's simple really and I will be happy to share the secret with everyone. You might want to write this down. First, on the night of the drawing you find yourself a comfortable chair in front of the TV for unobstructed viewing. Then you pour yourself a tall glass of your favorite beverage. Third, just before the numbers are drawn you take two dollars out of your pocket, crinkle it up really tight and toss it in the trash can that you placed close to your chair.

It simple because that way I saved car fare/expense to the ticket seller. So in spite of throwing away a couple of bucks, that I was going to spend on the ticket anyway, I have gained the money that I would have spent actually buying one. Save that much money regularly and before you know it you have a tidy little sum to use for other things.:D If you get real clever later on, you can safely substitute the money you threw in the trash for some pieces of green paper or perhaps some extra Monopoly money, doubling your gain for that week.:p
