Disney should have built this carousel complete with backwards funeral march from Something Wicked This Ways Comes.

If this movie had been a hit, maybe Disney would've built the entire Coogar & Dark's Pandemonium Shadow Show! That would be a heck of a lot better than Dino-Rama! But, then again, they'd probably get sued by people who actually thought the carousel would make them younger. :D

Disney could offer free rides to ride forwards.

Does anyone know how the Storyteller disappears at the end of the show?

Sshhh.

The same way the ballroom ghosts, blue fairy and Randall disappear, our old friend Peppers Ghost. How they get the stick to remain visible after being manipulated by the storyteller I don’t know though.

I don't think the storyteller is Peppers Ghost since he is far too solid and he is holding the cane. I assume it's a fast trap door.

Not really Pepper's Ghost.

Part of it is using a film overlay, part of it is so simple that people overthink it.....

That is about all I am allowed to say.

I don’t think it’s a trap door, there are no obvious seams in the floor.

The way Darkbeer is talking makes me think the hidden door is located directly behind him and he quickly runs through it while the projection hides it.

I haven't been to Knott's for nearly 30 years. The last time I went I was with my brothers for my 16th B-day and we got to see Gallagher. He had his start there. My very first park experience was Knott's Berry Farm when I was 14. Funny, my wife wanted to do Universal to kinda re-live our first adventure together, when we went in '18. We were not too impressed with Uni, and might plan for a Knott's day next DLR trip. Mine train and Montezuma revenge were my favorite, with the log ride and bigfoot rapids a close 2nd. I can see it has changed, some day i'll get back.
