All Star Sports Questions

I'll be staying there for the first time in many years this week and I was wondering a couple of things about the resort:

Do they have body wash here? I know they used to not have it and at one time they had it in a dispenser in the actual shower, but I don't know how it is set up now. I'm trying to get my 3-1-1 bag for carry on luggage ready and if I don't need to pack body wash, it will help out a lot, but if they just have bar soap, I'm going to have to make room.

Also does Sports have the RFID drink dispensers in the food court? I can't remember if this was the place that tested them or not or if they are even still there.

Thanks!

When I was there in Sept. 2011, they were experimenting with the RFID cups - I could see the embedded chip in the cup. I guess that's over now.

When I was at Pop this past fall, I don't think there was body wash there, just shampoo, so I would think it's the same at Pop currently. I'd have to check what I took with me before I checked out. (don't tell anyone!)

I find my own Irish Spring small-sized body wash at Target, CVS or some where to bring with me if I'm flying.

I've got travel sized bottles of all my stuff, but the problem is I'm doing carry on only and it all has to fit in a quart sized ziplock bag. The little bottles take up space fast :)

We stayed for one night a few months ago. As far as I recall, it was only bar soap and shampoo/conditioner.

No RFID cups at Sports (or any of the resorts as far as I know, we've eaten at a number of them over the past year and haven't seen them)

One space saver, if you have solid white deodorant, it doesn't have to go in the quart bag. I don't see how you wouldn't have space for another small-sized bottle of 3 oz body wash to add into the bag - just shove it in there! :) I never check a bag myself.

I'm going to make it work, but if they had body wash therein would be a little more breathing room. Plus I like the H2O stuff Disney uses at the non Value resorts I've stayed at recently, so I would have preferred to use that anyways.

And yes the deodorant is a big space saver.

Here are the amenities at the All-Stars resorts. No body wash.

I was there the last week of October and I can say no on both. There hasn't been bodywash dispensers in several years at the All Star. The food court does not have the RFID cups. Plenty of people were using old cups.

Thanks for the info! I was kind of interested in seeing how the RFID drinks worked, but that isn't a big deal at all
