All Star Music Hotel Help??

Does this hotel provide those little bottles of shampoo and soap and everything or should I bring my own?
Also, if we need more towels or something like that do we call from our room [and if we do how fast is it?] or do we go down to the lobby? Thanks!!!

i stayed at all star music last april and they do supply the shampoo and soap(if you need more just ask them) however, we noticed for room service to give us more, out old one had to be gone in the trash or completely done.

Your room is loaded with towels everyday and they give you a new bunch everyday also. i've never needed more than what they gave you so i can't really help you with the second question:veryconfu

When we were there in December, it was the bar soap in cellophane wrap and bottled shampoo (no conditioner).

Call mousekeeping if you need more towels. We only had to do this a few times and then they started leaving extra towels on the metal shelf by the sink area. We needed extra towels for the pool. I think it took 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they were at the time. They will ask you how many towels you want. If you anticipate needing pool towels daily, just leave your mousekeeper a note and they will leave those extra towels for you.
