I don't eat seafood and it makes both my mom and I sick to eat in seafood restaurants.
My daughter is super picky and currently will only eat Mac N Cheese or Pizza
My husband doesn't want to spend every sit down at Epcot.
My mom eats usually only later in the day thanks to tummy issues.

Now give me some suggestions. Go! :p

It will help if you can clarify your question - but it seems that you're looking for options other than in EPCOT, right?

Assuming that you're looking for options outside of EPCOT, do you mean in the parks, or at the resorts as well? If you have your own vehicle, (its tough getting from resort to resort on Disney transportation, unless you're on the monorail loop) there are some great restaurants in the resorts - Citricos @ Grand Floridian, California Grill @ Contemporary (currently closed for refurbishment though) and the Wave, also at the Contemporary, Jiko, Boma and Saana at Animal Kingdom Lodge (which is a great place to visit before / after the meal).

If you're looking for in-park, go to this page: http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining.htm and select each park, and you can see ratings / reviews as well as current menus - that should really help you to narrow it down, since there are so many choices ....

I am a fan of Kona at the Poly. A simple monorail ride from the MK or Epcot. Well providing the Monorail is operational when you go to use it.

Also the Kobe Burger is excellent at Big River at Boardwalk, their simple menu items are wonderful over their mediocre full meals.

We are staying at the Contemporary and Kona is seriously moving higher on my list. Want to do breakfast but at the same time the dinner sounds good too!

I had thought of them, but think I would have a hard time convincing my Mom to go. She is a bit of a chain restaurant snob.

If you had to choose one which would you choose?

Ragland Road
Planet Hollywood
House of Blues

Anything BUT Planet Hollywood. The place is filthy, the service is terrible and the food is no better than fast food garbage, it actually put a good friend of ours in the hospital.

Love Raglan Road. Great food and service!! Make a reservation and when you get there tell the hosts you are willing to wait for a center table. The dancers will be right in front of you!! It is a lot of fun!! Plus they have great beers on tap!! :p

Am I just sleep-deprived or does anyone else see a very tiny person struggling to escape from within the top half of the bun where it was bitten?
Unless we're both sleep deprived, I see the same thing City Girl!

Since you are staying at the Contemporary, you have quite a few great choices right on the monorail or by boat. You could take the boat over to the WL for a fun time at Whispering Canyon or a signature meal at Artist Pointe. While I've not been to Kona myself, I've heard enough wonderful things to make me wonder why I've never gone. Chef Mickey's isn't the best food but the kids have a great time and you can't beat the location. My favorite is Ohana but your daughter wouldn't be a fan of the menu.

I would normally say Raglan Road, hands down; yet our dinner there in November was definitely sub-par. Hoping it was just an off night and not the new norm.
Our order of fish and chips was soggy and cool, the pork chop was fine, and the shepherd's pie was also not hot. Given that the food was delivered ridiculously fast, it clearly had not been prepared fresh to order. And the bread pudding, which is normally a beautiful thing, was a grossly undercooked, soggy mush. I would normally have sent it all back, but we never saw the server again until she delivered the bill.
That being said, Raglan Road, even on a mediocre night, is probably better than Planet Hollywood. Don't be put off by our singular bad experience.
I can't speak to House of Blues, sorry.
