So pretty much what we have been expecting. If the finale rehearsal is planned for the beginning of June then they might do a few previews following. We should probably expect early spoilers before the actual debut.

Yes, it will be earlier. They aren't going to debut a new parade, only to scale back showings to 2-3 times a week because of their ridiculous party schedule.

Im going for a day in either late June or early July, any chance I see it?
To be fair, there aren't a ton of Halloween parties in August. Last year there were 7 total, so they could easily have the new parade going 4-5 nights per week until mid-September.

Some parts of the process (other than the entertainment side) are starting their bits of training earlier than entertainment seems to be, but otherwise this seems like a pretty good timeline what they're saying is accurate.
If Rehearsals have started, isn't that Entertainment?
There are other parts of the parade process (like guest flow) which have their own timelines is what I was getting at.

They haven't started driving the floats down the parade route yet as of last week, I think the rehearsals are dance studio rehearsals atm not in park.

I can imagine the excitement the cast will have seeing the floats for the first time. Curious if Disney will release a behind the scenes video of some of the floats prior to the cast seeing them. Although it sounds like some have already seen the Mickey float which has not been officially released yet.
Hopefully TDO knows how important this Soundtrack will be! MOUACT's re-do worked well IMO.Have to admit music wise I am even more concerned after hearing the preview of Friendtastic and also the new Villains show original song. Yikes. Disneys entertainment songs of late have not been the greatest. Some are alright but not how they used to be.
