Still believe this opens by the end of July. They were just confirming it’s not in the Memorial Day package this year.
So July 4th is off the Table?

Seems like it would be insane on Disneys part to debut a new night parade so close to one of the busiest days of the year.
Who knows?
Why? Because they can't handle some crowds? July 4 isn't as good as it once was, attendance-wise. Debut the parade a few days prior to filter out the must-see-first-show crowd (and July 1 is my first guess as to an opening date). I mean, this is supposed to be one of their draws against EU this summer, right?
So few out-of-towners are booking a trip for this, but there are a bunch around here who are treating it like the second coming.
IDK......I sure planned my 1999 Trip over the Spectro-MSEP changeover.
Second Coming? Maybe not but it will be the first time in 9 Years MK does what they do best.......
How many years did DL Park Guests wait for PTN after MSEP 1.0??? Yes you could see DCA(which had DEP 2001-2010)from the Train Station but still...
That's because Summer doesn't start until the Summer Solstice on June 21-ish. Or at the Vernal Equinox on March 21-ish. Or when college students are free to take Summer jobs at the beginning of May. Or when grade school students are done with school late June. Or on Memorial Day.
So... "Summer."

Or Memorial Weekend as unofficial start of Summer. Strange that Mermaid and Villains start after that.....

Not really... something Epic opens the Thursday prior so any sort of media coverage that week is bound to be eclipsed.
The week after should be fine though.
Believe me, I know! 56 Days and change!!
I'm just surprised WDW is letting UOR have their weekend. I don't think MSEP did that in 1999/2010.
