These are just props left over from the 50th that are used in rehersals, they're the moana performers now.

It was sort of funny last night, they announced a delay right at 9pm, and the groans could probably be heard park wide.
But then it started less than 5 min after that.

Can confirm the hotel looks terrible in person.. honestly all of fantasy springs is sort of underwhelming, imo. Looks beautiful for sure and that's the best Frozen but the ride systems are meh and none of the attractions have made me want to ride them over and over like some of the past wow attractions at Tokyo.

On the 2nd preview night 9pm showing the title float had animations on the name similar to spectromagic but it has been left static for all the other showings.

It could also be the cycle for the animations is too slow. That’s one of the problems with the Pinocchio effect and others. It’s easy to miss things.

No, its definitly been disabled to static, might be a technical issue as the whole float started flickering off and on in town square during that showing when it was enabled. It's slightly visible in this stream if you look behind the whimsey float.
