Of course...Buts it's a 2 credit signature restaurant...But a 28 oz porter house steak for FREESo long as it is covered by free dining then
..Or if paying out of pocket..$65...
...For a FREE 28 oz steak, I'll sit outside Diamond Horseshoe with my harmonica playing Dixie.

65 dollars is not a bad price for a porter house. I have gotten porters for more money. What I hate about most places is that you have to pay for sides that makes me not want to go to steak houses. I don't mind paying good money for good but I need to get what I payed for. My rant for the day. But yachtsman is my signature that we might try this year it is this or jiko.

The Yachtsman's is a favorite of ours. We had to try it after we saw Samatha Brown dinning there on her "great hotels" series. She featured several Disney resorts, but they haven't shown the series in years.

My DW does the mushrooms I do the creamed spinach but the lobster bisque and a porterhouse are my favorites as well.

We were just there last week. Sorry guys the porterhouse has been taken off the menu. It was replaced by prime rib.
I normally get the strip so this wasn't a big deal to me but others on this board are really bummed.
The twice baked potato was not really good. I miss the gratin. Next time I will have them substitute mashed potatos.

Yachtsmans is definitely on my bucket list and glancing at the pics only makes me crave it even more! Still, when it comes to steaks, I'd pass on the porterhouse. Seems a little too big for me and bigger steaks doesn't necessarily mean better tastes. I'd go for the NY Strip or Ribeye if I were eating there.

Ramp & Goat Cheese Tortellini! How do they get ramps at this time of the year? (Full disclosure - I'd never heard of ramps till this summer - our farmer's market had them. They're amazing, but only available for a couple of weeks.) Maybe you can grow them in a greenhouse year round?

That review is probably from earlier in the year. Because the menu has changed since then. And I don't recall seeing ramps on the menu this past friday

Nope! It has been replaced with a 14oz prime rib with no expected return date. I got to try it last year and it was amazing! It was my main reason for returning last Friday but the other steaks did not disappoint!
