All 4 Parks in one day, can it be done?

We USUALLY do this every trip on our final day. We call it the "Farewell Tour" and we hit only our favorites at each park. Start at AK and then bus to DHS(I think thats the only park to park from AK on a bus, or at least it used to be), followed by boat ride to international gateway and EPCOT, then monorail to MK to finish off the day. Definitely can be done, if you only want to hit the highlights-what helps is we don't have small children. Probably not a good idea with the little ones.

A 1 day hopper for 5 (assuming 2 adults/3 children)=$656
A 3 day regular pass for 5(assuming same)=$1054

I can see your savings but I don't know if it would be worth it. If i'm in Disney, I will be itching to go to the parks. Maybe use the $ from the activities you mentioned on the passes. Maybe do your park day in the middle of your trip to rest before and after. Maybe staying at a mod would allow you more savings for park time.

Just helping with options.:)

Four Park Challenge

If you have hopper passes - make a game out of it. We did. We are Annuals and went with a big group of friends. Everyone picked 2 rides / attractions put it in a hat, then we drew out 2 rides / attractions per park. We had to go on those two rides / attractions at each park as a group in one day. Did it all. We called it the FOUR PARK CHALLENGE! At the start of our day we went to Guest Services and asked for Celebration Buttons and wrote on there FOUR PARK CHALLENGE!! As we completed each park we wrote the name of the park in one of the balloons. HINT: Start with Animal Kingdom and Finish with Magic Kingdom. LOL We had so much fun. Also, I have done this three now twice with all adults and once with family (includes children of all ages). Everyone loved it.

The last time I did it with all adults, we decided to do the BIG ride at each park - AKA must go on - EVEREST, ROCK-N-ROLLER COASTER, TEST TRACK, SPACE MOUNTAIN, and the second attraction was the draw. This made things a bit more tricky as time was interesting and all.

Try - it! IT's FUN!!

We did it this past January and had a blast! Began at MK to see the Welcome Show, rode the major must-sees, bussed over to AK and hit The Lion King, Nemo, the Safari and EE, bussed to DHS and ate at the Sci Fi, then hit TGMR, TT, RRC and Little Mermaid, bussed BACK to MK to see Wishes, then hit the Evening EMH at Epcot and rocked out Soarin', Test Track, American Adventure and Spaceship Earth before midnight. My mom, sister and I had a BLAST! AND we used Disney Transportation the entire time! No, it's not relaxing, but it sure is hilariously fun!
