Alcoholic Ice Cream Hits Epcot.

Is this hard ice cream (as opposed to soft serve). A shot over the ice cream does not sound all that great. Now if they made the alcohol into a reduction - more syrupy - that might be good. Of course, it would take some of the fun out of that topping as well.

Cheesecake factory used to have an Amaretto milkshake that was really good. I have had a few excellent beer shakes as well (mostly made with Porters). I would like to have my shot - who am I kidding? shotS - incorporated into a milkshake. Yummy! Although I am just as happy with a frozen Toasted Almond or Mudslide. Perfectly happy to have a version made with ice cream instead of just milk!

Ice cream and booze, there is nothing better on a hot night out on the deck. a few of my favorites are:

• Godiva chocolate liquer over vanilla ice cream
• Spiced rum over vanilla ice cream
• Amarula over vanilla ice cream

OMG, that totally makes my mouth water. Some crisp tortilla chips, spicy salsa, guac, and a margarita ice cream delight. Now, that is a great way to spend a hot Friday night on my deck.

Didn't take time to read everyone's posts (was making me too hungry!) so I apologize if this was already picked....my choice would be a rich french vanilla ice cream with a shot (or three) of Kahluha.
