Good Morning All. On a sad and grey day after yesterday's tragic happening,may I try and bring a little smile to everyone..Todays food blog reveals that France in Epcot will open up " Glaces. " An ice cream parlour with 16 flavours,but here's an option.You can get a shot of liquor into your favourite ice cream.So here's today's challenge.What would be your flavour of ice cream & what shot of liquor would you opt for..Me first..I would pick a Mint ice cream with a shot of Yellow Chartreuse.Now over to yourselfs.

OMG.OMG.OMG. Please may I have the Lemon & Cointreau with the Champers.Ive got 1/2 bottle of Cointreau & several bottles of Champers in my house..I'am off later to get me some Lemon ice cream.I'll tell you what it's like.

No, I drink alcohol but I've never been an adventurous drinker, so I don't know much about what would go great with ice cream.

I pick just ice cream... I don't need alcohol to enjoy it. I am with @George except I would pick vanilla in pineapple juice...

Ooh this sounds like fun, I would like vanilla ice cream with ameretto, or coffee ice cream with Tia Maria, however @NiarrNDisney suggestion of dark Choc with framboise sounds awesome
