AKL vs SSR - which one would you choose

By far the AKL. Just the atmosphere alone of the resort makes it better than SSR in my opinion. The Food Court and Pool are also very nice. Get a Savannah View Room if at all possible. Also if you are at the resort at dinner hours the restaurants(Boma, Jiko, and Sanaa) are great.
